The Hip builds the strength of your hip and core while improving the cardiovascular endurance.


Exercise 1

Place both feet in the pedal and swing back and forth.

Exercise 2

Place both feet in the pedal, bend your knees and swing back and forth.

Exercise 3

Place one foot in the pedal and swing back and forth. Change to the other foot.

Exercise 4

Place both feet in the pedal, hold your feet together and create resistance while swinging slowly and controlled.
